Short answer: no, not for crypto orders under $5,000/mo.

We collect the minimum data needed to bill and provide the service — a project name and an email for the invoice. No passport, no proof of address, no selfie.

The one exception: bare-metal contracts above $5,000/mo require basic company verification (KYB). This isn't our preference — it's an abuse-handling obligation imposed by our upstream network peers and RIPE NCC at that scale. For the vast majority of orders, the threshold is never reached.

Card and PayPal payments carry their own processor verification (Stripe 3DS etc.) — that's between you and the processor, not us. If you want to avoid that entirely, pay with crypto.
