It's tiered by product type, because the underlying costs differ.
Universal (all products): if we take payment and can't deliver the service as ordered, you get a 100% refund within 24 hours.
VPS, GPU & CDN: a 7-day cool-off from activation — cancel for any reason, full refund (usage overages and IP-lease fees excluded).
Dedicated & Storage: no blanket cool-off — bare-metal is physically racked and IP-allocated for you, costing us $2k-$15k per box before a megabit flows. What you do get: 72-hour spec-mismatch refund, pro-rata SLA credit for downtime, and a 14-day cancellation with 70% refunded (we keep 30% for provisioning).
Excluded universally: ToS violations, chargebacks filed before contacting billing, used promo/IP-lease fees, resold software licences.
