By registering on our website, the client (Customer) is responsible for providing complete and truthful information, as well as for the performance of their email address and mobile phone number specified during registration. When registering, the client is obliged to provide an e-mail address that is on a domain that is not being serviced by our company. To communicate with the client, we use the e — mail specified during registration, and in cases of urgent need-a mobile phone. You can also send SMS notifications from our company to your mobile phone number. The client is obliged to keep all contact information up to date, otherwise we reserve the right to block the account and the provision of all services.
1. Collection of personal information
1.1. The client (Customer), gives its consent to the service Provider HostForY (hereinafter Contractor) to the processing of his personal data (including: collection, storage, systematization, modification, deletion, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking).
1.2. The contractor also collects information about customer visits, such as the service provider, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of visit, from which website the transition occurred.
1.3. The purpose of using personal data and their subsequent processing is to provide the customer with services provided by the Contractor. Anonymized data may also be used to target advertising materials (shown by other sites visited by the client) for statistical, marketing or other research aimed at improving the services provided.
1.4. Cookies-when a visitor visits our website, we send one or more cookies to their computer or other device. Cookies are used to improve the quality of services: save user settings. The client may refuse the use of cookies. More information about cookies can be found in the Help section of the browser client.
1.5. Information about visits - when you access the site, our servers automatically record certain information. These server logs may contain information such as web request, IP address, browser type and language, date and time of request.
1.6. The contractor undertakes to process the Customer's personal data in strict accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data.
2. Providing access to information
2.1. The customer agrees that the Contractor has the right to depersonalize his personal data for the purpose of transfer (including cross-border) to other market participants of domain name registration or registration of digital certificates.
2.2. The customer agrees that the Contractor has the right to transfer its data to other subjects of the domain name registration market or registration of digital certificates in an undisclosed form.
2.3. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending the Customer an appropriate order in a simple written form to the Contractor. At the same time the Customer agrees that such a review may entail the following consequences:
failure by the Contractor in the provision of services, in consequence of their inability to perform without these data;
removal of a domain name or digital certificate, if it is impossible to maintain it without the presence of the Contractor of such data.
2.4. The customer hereby instructs the Contractor as a Registrar to publish their personal data in the databases of the relevant services in the open access to the Internet, necessary for the operation of services, services, domains.
2.5. The customer agrees that his / her personal data may be transferred to another Registrar or Administrator of the public domain or certification center, if the operation requires identification of the Customer as the owner of the domain name. The rights of the Customer in relation to his personal data are defined in article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "on protection of personal data".
2.6. In addition, by concluding this Agreement, the Customer confirms that he / she is notified (without additional notice) about the rights established by the Law of Ukraine "on personal data protection", about the purposes of data collection, as well as that his / her personal data are transferred to HostForY legal entity for the purpose of the possibility of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement, the possibility of mutual settlements, as well as for receiving invoices, acts and other documents. The customer also agrees that the Contractor has the right to provide access to and transfer his personal data to third parties without any additional notice to the Customer, without changing the purpose of processing personal data (for example, when registering a domain name). The scope of the Customer's rights as a personal data subject in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "on personal data protection" is known and understood.
3. Information protection
The contractor shall take all necessary measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of personal information. These measures include, inter alia: internal verification of data collection, storage and processing processes and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Accessing and updating personal information
The contractor shall provide the client with access to his personal data, as well as update or delete the data at the request of the client, unless the data storage is required by law or not due to legal business purposes. Before processing requests for access, change, addition or deletion of personal data, the Contractor shall ask the client to confirm his identity and the information he wants to obtain, correct or delete.
5. Special conditions.
5.1. The customer agrees to the Contractor to use its logos and other information about it and / or its website for posting on the Contractor's website in the sections "our customers", etc.
5.2. The contractor reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time with or without notice to customers by e-mail. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
