About Offshore hosting
"Offshore hosting" means different things to different operators — for most it comes down to three concrete needs: payment privacy, minimal personal-data collection, and a provider that owns its own network rather than reselling someone else's space. Hostfory delivers all three, within a clear and lawful acceptable-use policy.
We run our own autonomous system (AS209155, RIPE-registered) across four points of presence — Amsterdam, Kyiv, Warsaw and Miami. We are not a reseller: we own the routers, sign the upstream contracts, and control the abuse-handling process end to end. That means fewer intermediaries with access to your data and faster resolution when something needs attention.
Payment privacy is first-class: pay in Bitcoin, Monero, USDT, ETH or LTC with no KYC on orders under $5,000/mo — project name and email for invoicing is all we need. We collect the minimum data required to provide and bill the service, nothing more. See our [Bitcoin](/bitcoin-hosting) and [Monero](/monero-hosting) hosting pages for the payment flow.
A clear line on what "offshore" does NOT mean here: we do not host CSAM, phishing, malware C2, spam operations, or content that endangers others — see our [AUP](/aup). Privacy and lawlessness are different things. We protect legitimate operators' privacy; we do not provide cover for harm. If your workload is a legitimate business that simply values discretion, you are exactly who we build for.
Frequently asked questions
What does offshore hosting actually give me?
Payment privacy (crypto, no-KYC under $5k/mo), minimal data collection, and a provider that owns its network. It is not a license to host illegal content — our AUP still applies.
Do you log my traffic?
We do not inspect or log customer traffic content. We keep the minimum operational metadata needed for network health and abuse response, as required by our upstreams.
Which jurisdiction are you in?
Our billing entity is EU-registered; our PoPs span the Netherlands, Ukraine, Poland and the USA. You choose the datacenter location per server at checkout.
